Ristic Cars
Ristic rents vehicles and arranges chauffeur-driven services for both individuals and businesses. Two quite different customers were sharing a single booking flow, and neither had a clear path through it.

The problem
One flow serving two jobs. An individual booking a weekend car and a company arranging a driver for a visiting client want different things, at different speeds, with different approval steps. Collapsing both into a single generic funnel meant neither felt catered for.
Approach
I split the entry point rather than the whole product, asking early which kind of booking this is, then narrowing the questions accordingly. Everything downstream stays shared, so the system doesn't double in size to serve two audiences.
What I did
- Designed the booking flow for web and mobile from search through to confirmation
- Separated individual and business paths at the point where they genuinely diverge
- Built the vehicle browsing experience around availability and dates rather than catalogue order
- Designed the chauffeur-request flow as a first-class path, not an afterthought
